We serve the following areas in NC: Raleigh, Garner, Clayton, Durham, Apex, Holly Springs, Smithfield, Wake Forest, Youngsville, Dunn, and Benson. Our standard rates include up to 40 miles of travel one way from our Garner location. Other areas may require a travel fee.

At this time, Roving Rounds does not supply any alcohol for events. In 2024, North Carolina created a new Mobile Bartending permit to provide this service, but we do not currently hold this liquor license. You must provide your own, but worry not, we will cover what you need during the consultation and will provide you with a full shopping list!

Yes, we are covered with $1 million Limited Liability and Liquor Liability insurance. Our bartenders are TIPS and Learn2Serve certified.

Roving Rounds recommends 1 bartender for every 75 guests.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of contract signing to ensure your event date is secured.

We have flexible options for tips. Typically, tips are collected via a tip jar, or if you prefer the host can provide the gratuity at the end of the event. Details are covered during the consultation.
